The first message was “Free the bodies”, capturing the thougts of the coreographers and their desires to “free the bodies / thoughts / movement / dance” after months of isolation. The second message welcomed the season 2020/21. “Embodying Mercat” was about how powerful and fragile things are when they take shape, when they have a body.
