EMBODYING MERCAT

MERCAT DE LES FLORS DANCE THEATRE

Mercat wanted to comunicate with their audience after the lockdown. The first message was “Free the bodies”, capturing the thougts of the coreographers and their desires to “free the bodies / thoughts / movement / dance” after months of isolation.

The second message welcomed the season 2020/21. “Embodying Mercat” was about how powerful and fragile things are when they take shape, when they have a body.
